DELIVERY & RETURNS

We offer FREE standard UK postage (2-4 working days) on all our products and we aim to dispatch the same day.

We use Royal Mail to send our parcels in the UK. If you would like a parcel to be sent internationally, please contact us at hatch@bubbleandream.com and we will do our best to help.

Please note all orders placed after 12 noon will be sent next working day.

 

Where is my parcel?

Disclaimer: We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Royal Mail outside of our control including industrial action or severe weather conditions and subsequent disruption to the service. We endeavour to make you aware should a situation arise and to know when to expect delays.

 

Delivery and promotions

If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery cost.

 

Return Policy

We really hope you love our Dreamset and products as much as we do, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, bubble&dream are here to make things easier not harder.

If you are not happy with your purchases, please contact us within 28 days of purchase and we will be happy to assist you.

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your purchase must be unused and in perfect re-saleable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start your return, simply contact us at hatch@bubbleanddream.com with your reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package if required. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return unfortunately will not be accepted.

If you are returning goods simply because they are unwanted or no longer required, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).  Please ensure returned goods are stored safely as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged whilst in your care.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return (if applicable). If approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method. If you are returning goods due to defects, incomplete orders or incorrect delivery, we will refund you both the price you paid for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return package from the original delivery address to our address as above. Please obtain a receipt from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs

 

Damages and issues

We take great pride in delivering our beautiful Dreamset to you, however sometimes damage can occur in transit. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can rectify the issue immediately, please contact hatch@bubbleanddream.com

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
